1st American's role includes, among other things, being familiar with our Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and assisting the Board of Directors in day to day operations. They also provide us with complete financial planning and reporting as well as full-service facility maintenance. 1st American should be your first contact relating to any exterior maintenance, home or yard modification issues.
Interior Work
If you would like to use 1st American to do any interior work, you may submit a work request by using the work order link below, however, costs of these requests are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Exterior Work
To submit an Exterior Modification request (e.g., pavers, trees, shrubs, etc.), see the
Exterior Modification Requests link for a copy of the necessary form.
Any exterior work requests have to be processed through Peter.
