Please click on the link below to view and/or print a PDF version of the Standard Procedure for Exterior Modifications and the Exterior Modification Request Application. After completing, the form and drawing should be submitted to Peter Bylen (see Management link for mailing and fax info).
For a list of suggested plants, trees and shrubs, click on the link below. This list will give you some ideas with color, and they will not grow very big. It also shows the style of plants that can be used. This list does not limit homeowners to what they can plant, but if you stick with plants similar to these, you shouldn’t have any problems.
