Exterior Modification/Replacement Requests
Exterior modifications include but are not limited to:
- Trees, shrubbery, plants
- Pavers
- Shutters
- Awnings

Patio walls

Windows

Doors
NOTE: Modifications are defined as those changes that were not part of the original construction. This includes replacement of items such as windows and doors.
The responsibility for maintaining, repairing, and/or removing of these modifications rests solely with the homeowner, NOT with the Homeowners Association.
If the homeowner is unable to continue maintaining these modifications, the homeowner must make arrangements to do so.
Also, any needed restoration of the modified area is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Should the homeowner decide to sell the home, the homeowner must make the prospective buyer aware of the above requirements.
