Committees
These Committees consist of homeowner volunteers and are under the direction of the Board. They are dedicating their time to help make Briar Cove an enjoyable place to live. If you would like to volunteer for a Committee, please e-mail the Board (click here to e-mail the Board).
Architectural Review (ARC) Evaluate existing rules to determine if they are adequate, and provide guidelines to ensure compliance with by-law standards during approval process.
Finance and Budget Committee Review procedures to understand the financial operations.
Landscaping and Beautification Committee Review and submit recommendations on requirements for landscaping items.
Neighborhood Watch Committee Organized group of homeowners who watch out for suspicious behavior and promote cooperation among residents while collaborating with our local police departments.
Nominating Committee Make nominations for election to the Board of Directors.
Rules and Insurance Committee Review of the rules & regulations, and determine what insurance coverage is required.
Website and Newsletter Committee Develop method of providing a two-way conduit for owners to communicate information to and from the Board.
Welcoming and Social Committee Welcome new homeowners and develop programs dealing with social activities, hospitality.
